01The portal, screen by screen
- Province: Zaragoza, or whichever province your address is in
- Procedure: the police one that matches you (NIE assignment, EU registration certificate, fingerprints for a TIE…)
- Identity: passport or identity document number, name, nationality
- Slot: if one is offered, select it and confirm
- Confirmation: office, date, time and a reference. Keep it

02Why slots seem to evaporate
Slots are released in batches and snapped up quickly. "No appointments available" refers to that instant, not to the whole month. Check once and the system looks broken; check often and you get through in the end.
The second trap is the procedure menu. A slot reserved for one procedure is useless for another, so a perfect folder can still be turned away at the door.
03What a case does here
We pin down the procedure your situation calls for, then search the official portal with your details. When a slot appears, we reserve it and send you the confirmation, plus a checklist for the morning itself.
Nobody can conjure appointments or bypass the queue, and anyone promising that is bluffing. What we contribute is persistence: frequent checks, the correct procedure, and a folder ready for whatever date comes up.
04Booking by yourself? Read this first
- Keep the passport nearby: the reservation is tied to its number
- Know the precise procedure, not merely "NIE"
- Have the EX-15 and the paid fee ready before the date
- Use the province where you actually live
In Zaragoza
Province of Zaragoza: police procedures reserved on the portal lead to Avda. de Valencia n.º 50 and the Brigada Provincial de Extranjería y Fronteras housed there. The Delegación del Gobierno runs a separate Oficina de Extranjería on Calle Obispo Covarrubias for residence and work authorisations, and its own page places the NIE and the TIE with the police Brigada; make sure your confirmation names the office you expect.

Its page says the NIE, the TIE, the EU registration certificate, residence certificates and invitation letters are done at the police Brigada Provincial de Extranjería y Fronteras and the Unidad de Documentación de Extranjeros, whose address it does not give. It also lists the EU registration certificate among its own procedures: your appointment confirmation names the office.
Questions
None: the official portal is free. What a service such as ours bills for is the preparation, the searching and the follow-up surrounding it.
They may. The reservation uses your document details, which anyone can type in for you, and that is exactly how we book for our clients.
Cancel on the portal so the slot returns to the pool, then reserve a new one. A no-show helps nobody.
Mostly. It is the provincial police office for foreigner procedures, and the Comisaría de Calatayud also takes NIE and TIE requests. Your confirmation always names the office, so read it before setting off.
