Customer terms
The short version: we are a private service, we help you prepare official procedures, the administration makes every decision, and you can always do it all yourself.
1. Who runs this site
niezaragoza.com is operated by NIE Zaragoza, an independent private service helping people with the NIE and neighbouring procedures in Zaragoza. It is not a public authority and is not connected to the Policía Nacional, the Delegación del Gobierno en Aragón, the Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza or any other administration. Contact: support@niezaragoza.com.
2. Scope of a case
A case can include working out which procedure applies to you, a list of the documents it needs, drafting the official forms and the fee form, searching the administration's booking portal for an appointment, and a briefing ahead of it. What a given case covers, and its price, is set out by email and agreed before any work begins.
Only the administration decides on an application. We give no promise that one will be accepted, that a slot will exist on a particular date, or that a procedure will last any particular time.
3. Your side of it
- Give us true, complete information and genuine documents.
- Attend the appointments booked for you, or cancel them early enough for the slot to be reused.
- Pay the official fees yourself: they go to the administration, never to us.
4. The free route
Nothing on this site is compulsory. Each procedure we describe is open to you directly with the administration, at no cost beyond its official fee.
5. About our guides
Our pages are written carefully, yet rules and office habits move. Treat them as general information rather than legal advice on your situation. Office details come from the official pages linked beside them.
6. Partners
Some pages point to independent partner services. Their own terms apply to them, and any arrangement you make with one of them is yours and theirs alone.
7. Responsibility
We answer for doing the agreed work with reasonable care. We do not answer for the decisions or delays of the administration, or for what follows from information you gave us that was wrong or incomplete.
8. Updates and law
These terms may be revised; each version applies from the day it appears on this page. Spanish law governs them.
NIE Zaragoza is run privately and independently. No ministry, police force, town hall or government delegation stands behind it, and nothing we write or do is an official act. Our help with documents and appointments is paid; the procedures themselves are open to anyone, directly, for nothing beyond the official fees.
