Paperwork, run like a product

NIE Zaragoza is an independent service for people settling in Zaragoza. We handle the NIE and the procedures around it the way a small product team ships a feature: every request is a case, every case shows its status, and the next step is always visible.

Why a case, and not a checklist

The administration publishes its rules, but they live in separate forms, portals and offices, and they assume you know which comes first. Almost nobody who writes to us is stuck on a hard rule. They are stuck because no one has told them which rule is theirs.

So a case starts from your situation, be it a new contract at a logistics platform, a degree at the university or a household moving to Aragón, and grows from there: documents, forms, fee, appointment, briefing. The file stays yours. We keep the details straight.

We hold no public office and decide nothing. The Policía Nacional and the other offices involved take every decision; we make sure what lands on their desk is complete and correct, and that you walk in ready for it.

1

Your document list, written for you

Documents

Describe your move in a few lines. You get back the list that matches your case, with what you already hold ticked off and each gap flagged, from the proof of your reason down to the passport copy.

2

Forms drafted, fee form generated

Fee

We draft the right form for you (EX-15, EX-17, EX-18 or EX-19) straight from your passport data, and generate the Modelo 790, código 012, ready for you to pay at a bank or online.

3

Slot search on the official portal

Cita previa

We keep checking the portal for a Zaragoza appointment under the police procedure your case needs, and book it in your name the moment a slot opens.

4

Walk in briefed

Appointment

A few days ahead, you receive the address, a checklist and a short run-through of the desk. Bring the originals; the rest has been rehearsed.

Principles

What you can expect from every case

  • A checklist cut to your case

Nationality, reason, timing: each one changes the list. Yours is written for you and updated every time a document lands.

  • Forms cross-checked

Spelling of names, passport numbers, addresses, fee option: each is matched against your documents, since that is where refused files usually start.

  • A pair of eyes on the portal

No more refreshing at odd hours. When a slot opens for the procedure you need, it gets booked and you get the confirmation.

  • Desk-ready briefing

Address, what to bring, the order to hand it over in, and what the officer tends to ask. No guessing at the counter.

  • Status updates you can read

Each change to your case arrives by email: what moved, what it means, what you do next. Plain English, no jargon.

  • The road after the NIE

Padrón, social security, TIE, bank. You see which one comes next for you, with help where it needs help.

Independence

Independent, not official

NIE Zaragoza is run privately and independently. No ministry, police force, town hall or government delegation stands behind it, and nothing we write or do is an official act. Our help with documents and appointments is paid; the procedures themselves are open to anyone, directly, for nothing beyond the official fees.
