Privacy & data
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, use it to answer you and run your case, keep it while that is useful, and never sell it.
1. Controller
NIE Zaragoza (niezaragoza.com) is responsible for the personal data sent through this site. Questions and requests about it: support@niezaragoza.com.
2. Data we hold
- Typed by you: name and email, plus anything optional you add: phone, nationality, the procedure that interests you, and your message.
- Recorded with each submission: date and time, IP address and browser user agent, so we can spot abuse of the forms.
Please keep identity documents out of the form. When a case needs them, we explain a safer way to send them.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to you and running your case: measures you asked for, before and during our agreement.
- Protecting the forms from spam: our legitimate interest in a secure service.
- Keeping accounting and similar records: legal obligations, where they apply.
Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.
4. Recipients
The people working on your request, and the technical providers that host this site and deliver our email, all bound to confidentiality. A partner service receives your details only when you ask us to pass them on.
5. Retention
Data stays with us while your request or case is open and for the follow-up it calls for. After that it is deleted, except for any part the law obliges us to keep longer.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
You may see what we hold about you, have it fixed or erased, limit or refuse a particular use, take a copy with you, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send the request to support@niezaragoza.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD, takes complaints.
7. Cookies
Only the technical cookies the forms need to stay secure. No advertising, no analytics.
NIE Zaragoza is run privately and independently. No ministry, police force, town hall or government delegation stands behind it, and nothing we write or do is an official act. Our help with documents and appointments is paid; the procedures themselves are open to anyone, directly, for nothing beyond the official fees.
